I have worked one on one with clients since I started training in October of 2016 and helped many people achieve their goals. My certification was through NASM, and I continue learning everyday through movment practices ranging from trail running, aerial yoga and acrobatics, and most recently Kempo Karate at The American Academy of Self Defense.
I draw from a life long practice of movement to create a program that will help you achieve your goals safely and efficiently.
At the end of 2023, I took a 200hr Vinyasa course and became a registered teacher in the beginning of 2024. I incorporate yoga in all of my training - be it through breathing techniques or recognizable movements.

It took me a long time to accept that I need to move every single day in order to maintain a positive state of mental health. Sometimes this looks structured like a set yoga flow, but more often than not, I get the most benefit from bursts of playful movement; lip trills, shaking, handstands, jumping, short random sprints.
There is a lot of beautiful indivduality in the world of people, but we all have we one thing in common - we're ALL mammals, and we all NEED to move.
